Position Title: HVAC Foreman

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and hands-on HVAC Foreman with 5 years of experience in supervising HVAC installation and site activities. The ideal candidate will have strong field experience in ductwork, chilled water systems, VRF units, and package systems across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. This role requires leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to ensure high-quality, timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide HVAC technicians in the installation of ductwork, piping, insulation, and HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, VRFs, chillers, etc.).
• Execute site works as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and engineering instructions.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and project-specific standards and specifications.
• Allocate daily work schedules, manpower, tools, and materials effectively.
• Monitor progress, inspect work quality, and report site updates to the supervising engineer.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and PPE is used correctly.
• Raise site issues or conflicts and support in resolving them in coordination with engineers.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC systems.
• Maintain logs of daily site activities, materials used, and issues encountered.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or trade certificate in Mechanical or HVAC systems.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation and site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components, duct routing, and chilled water piping.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and project documents.
• Familiarity with SMACNA, ASHRAE, and local authority standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Interview Process:

All shortlisted candidates will go through the following three-stage interview process:

• HR Round - Initial screening and company introduction.
• Technical Round - Assessment of HVAC systems knowledge and site supervision experience.
• Managerial Round - Final evaluation of leadership skills, coordination ability, and work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD400.000 - KD800.000 per month
