Dermatology Medical Rep

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell dermatological products to dermatologists and general practitioners, ensuring a strong market presence.
• Product Education: Provide comprehensive information on product benefits, proper usage, and clinical advantages to healthcare professionals.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the dermatology field.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and drive business growth.
• Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper understanding and usage of products.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team, providing valuable market feedback and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field.

Experience:

• Previous experience 1 - 2 in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in dermatology or a related field.

Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of dermatological products and the healthcare industry.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Have Kuwaiti Driving License & Car
