Customer Service Representative

1- First point of contact to the customers

2- Make sure to maintain a good customer service.

3- Make sure to answer all customers inquiry & questions.

4- Solving customers issues and complaints & report any complicated issue to the management.

5- Playing apart in achieving the sales target.

6- Submit the required reports for the management.

Qualification & Skills required:

- Bilingual (Fluent in English & Arabic )

- Familiar to work with Systems

- Speak Kuwaiti Accent is a plus

- Good computer skills

- Transferable Visa (18)

- The ability to join immediately
