BIM Coordinator

Location: Sharq, Kuwait City

Are you passionate about Building Information Modeling (BIM) and looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a well-established design and engineering consultant office in Kuwait City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize BIM technology and methodologies across residential villa and commercial projects.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models to support design and construction processes.
• Provide training and technical support to team members on BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, including Kuwait Baladiya standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within Kuwait.
• Proficiency in Revit is a must.
• Hands-on experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3Ds Max.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait and ready to transfer residence.
