الموقع: West Shuaiba Industrial Area (الكويت)
نوع الوظيفة: Full-Time
We are seeking a Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise and sales acumen to drive the promotion and sale of steel structure solutions through effective client engagement, proposal development, and end-to-end sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell steel structure and industrial construction solutions by combining technical knowledge with sales expertise
Engage with clients through meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and technical specifications
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, and Production teams to develop accurate proposals, BOQs, and quotations
Present technical solutions, drawings, and commercial offers in a professional and persuasive manner
Manage RFQs, prepare quotations, and follow up until order closure
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with clients
Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to project handover
Follow up on drawing approvals, contract documentation, and project milestones
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients
Track sales activities, forecasts, and documentation, and support invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years' experience in steel structure / construction sales (الكويت or GCC)
Strong technical knowledge of fabrication and erection
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
