English Tutor - Contract Position (Pakistani/Malayalee)As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group English language instruction to students from Pakistan and Kerala, India. This contract position is based in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait and is open to candidates from Pakistani or Malayalee backgrounds.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of various ages and levels- Assess students' language abilities and tailor lessons accordingly- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles- Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their language skills- Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed- Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience for studentsRequirements:- Proficient in spoken and written English - fluency in Pakistani or Malayalam is preferred but not required- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is not required, but preferred- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse individuals from different cultural backgrounds- Comfortable working on a contract basis with flexible hoursCompensation: This position offers a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
