Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialty Tea Sales Representative, based in Shuwaikh. The role involves managing sales of premium tea products, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting market research to identify potential clients, creating and executing sales strategies, and representing the الشركة at industry events. The المنصب requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely product deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving sales targets
Experience in client relationship management and customer service excellence
Proficiency in market research and sales strategy development
Knowledge of specialty tea products and a passion for the beverage industry is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the food and beverage or specialty goods industry is a plus
