To support the planning and execution of high-voltage cable and utility works, including site surveys, permit coordination, and daily supervision of site activities. The role involves assisting in managing subcontractors, monitoring progress against milestones, and ensuring that work adheres to safety and quality standards. An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering
• At least 2- 3 years plus of experience as a Site Engineer - Electrical/Civil
• Knowledge of site surveys, excavation, backfilling, and cable installation methods.
• Familiarity with permit documentation and coordination with authorities (advantage, not mandatory at this level).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Must be residing in الكويت and hold a valid transferable Visa 18
