Job Overview

We're Hiring: Senior Sales Executive (B2B)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales of IT solutions, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment
Promote and sell الشركة products, including Different IT Software & Hardware
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT / Software solutions preferred)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self motivated, target oriented, and proactive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must own a vehicle and Valid الكويت Driving License
Transferable Visa (Article 18)
