SENIOR RECOVERY WORKER – SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS (SMI) REHABILITATION PROJECTJoin us in transforming mental health support across Norfolk

We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Recovery Worker to join an innovative new Serious Mental Illness (SMI) Rehabilitation Project, supported by £1.25 million of investment and designed to improve outcomes for people living with complex psychosis.
This pioneering project brings together partners from health, social care and the voluntary sector, including Together for Mental Wellbeing, Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, Norfolk County Council, Change Grow Live and Norfolk Community Law Service.
Working from a dedicated hub within the new £45 million River Centre development at Hellesdon Hospital, the service will initially support people across the City, South and North Norfolk areas.
Why this role mattersAs a Senior Recovery Worker, you will work alongside people experiencing significant mental health challenges, helping them identify their strengths, make informed choices and achieve the outcomes that are important to them.
You will be part of a truly integrated multidisciplinary team comprising legal advisers, specialist support workers, occupational therapists, nurses, psychologists and psychiatrists.
Together, you will develop creative and person-centred approaches that improve wellbeing, reduce barriers and support recovery.
