Senior Marketing Officer: (الكويت residents Only) Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Officer is responsible for planning and executing regional marketing strategies across الكويت and the GCC to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and market share growth. The role focuses on delivering high-ROI marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, in-store, and events).
  • Manage regional social media accounts and influencer partnerships.
  • Lead brand visibility and engagement initiatives across platforms.
  • Conduct market research and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Plan and execute pop-up events, CSR participation, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with operations, R&D, creative teams, and external agencies for cohesive execution.
  • Support new product/service launches, menu engineering, and brand concepts.
  • Track budgets, report performance, and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
  • Handle social media crisis management and customer engagement.
  • Travel within the GCC as required to understand market and consumer trends.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or PR & Advertising.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
