Role Description

The Senior Graphic Designer (AI Expert) will lead the creation of visual concepts and designs for brands, campaigns, and digital assets, using both traditional design tools and AI based creative platforms. Day to day responsibilities include developing visual identities, designing logos and brand systems, creating layouts for print and digital media, and producing high quality graphics that align with client objectives and mcg's creative standards. The role involves collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and account teams, mentoring junior designers, and experimenting with AI tools to improve efficiency, ideation, and design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating advanced visual problem solving and concept development.
• Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding, including building cohesive brand systems and visual identities across multiple touchpoints.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select, customize, and integrate type effectively into layouts and brand guidelines.
• Advanced skills in industry standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) and hands on experience using AI based design tools and generators.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast paced agency environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to present and defend design decisions to internal teams and clients.
• Experience mentoring or leading design teams, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to creative process improvements.
