Hanmiglobal is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support major construction and infrastructure projects across الكويت. The role involves overseeing electrical system design, installation, testing, and commissioning while ensuring full compliance with project specifications, PAHW standards, and الكويت regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review electrical designs, load calculations, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Supervise installation of power, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, and related electrical systems.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and الكويت electrical codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
• Prepare technical reports, inspection logs, and progress documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (attested).
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering within construction, infrastructure, or consultancy.
• PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of الكويت electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience on large scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical review, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Valid KSE Membership (required for candidates already in الكويت).

• Transferable residency (Article 18 preferred)
• Passport copy
• Attested degree certificate (MOFA + Embassy)
• NOC if required for transfer
• Experience certificates

• Passport and visa documentation
