Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for a site supervision project in الكويت. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee electrical engineering projects in a dynamic and growing market.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise electrical engineering teams on construction sites, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement electrical design strategies in accordance with local and international standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze and resolve complex electrical engineering issues on site.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, design documents, and project presentations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and local regulations in electrical engineering.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on all project sites.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a senior electrical engineer focused on site supervision.
  • Valid membership with the الكويت Society of Engineers (KSE).
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale electrical engineering projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international design standards.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, and MS Office suite.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and energy efficient solutions.
  • Experience with local building codes and regulations in الكويت.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
