Overview

Security Manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the security field and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of security protocols, regulations and procedures.

• Lead and manage security operations and teams, maintaining high standards of safety and security.
• Develop, implement and monitor security protocols, regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective security coverage.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Security-related studies or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining high standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
