Lanove, a leading women's fashion brand, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional shopping experience while supporting the store in achieving its sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable clothing items and provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Work closely with team members to meet sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience (fashion/apparel preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a positive attitude.
• Must hold a transferable Visa 18 (Article 18).
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
• Skilled in upselling and cross-selling fashion items such as clothing, accessories, and shoes.
