Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Bayan. Your main goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing profits and maintaining a positive work environment for our team.

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including food and beverage preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage and train a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Create schedules for staff members and handle any staffing issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the food industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
