The Rental Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling vehicle rental services to individual and corporate customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling rental inquiries, preparing quotations and rental agreements, coordinating vehicle reservations, and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximize rental revenue and fleet utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle rental inquiries and provide suitable rental solutions based on their requirements.
- Promote daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term rental products and services to achieve departmental sales targets.
- Prepare rental quotations, agreements, and related documentation accurately and in accordance with الشركة policies.
- Manage vehicle reservations, bookings, and rental contract processing.
- Coordinate with fleet operations to ensure vehicle availability and timely delivery to customers.
- Conduct vehicle handover and return procedures, ensuring all required inspections and documentation are completed.
- Follow up with customers regarding rental renewals, extensions, and additional service requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, customer information, and sales activities.
- Monitor outstanding payments, documentation, and pending customer requests.
- Prepare periodic sales and operational reports as required by management.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in vehicle rental operations, sales, customer service, or a related field.

- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Good understanding of vehicle rental procedures, contracts, and customer service practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Valid driving license preferred.
