Quantity Surveyor & Contract Engineer Required In الكويت City

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Contract Engineer, Tendering Engineer, and MEP Engineer for our construction project.

Responsibilities:

  • Study tender documents and check architectural and structural drawings.
  • Take off quantities, compare with BOQ, and advise on discrepancies.
  • Collect subcontract offers and prepare comparison statements.
  • Prepare cost summary, cost control, and tender BOQ cost estimation.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, including method statements and HSE plans.
  • Draft contract agreements protecting الشركة rights and ensure subcontract agreements comply with owner requirements.
  • Create pre tender and post tender budgets and forecast financial outcomes.
  • Attend site visits and meetings; report to the Construction Manager.
  • Clarify technical queries with the client and analyze construction and material costs.
  • Update project budgets.

MEP Engineer responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for complete electro mechanical works including solar.
  • Review new contract documents during the tendering stage.
  • Prepare contract review reports summarizing all contractual/commercial data.
  • Support commercial and technical bid documents.
  • Identify budget concerns and potential impact on project financial performance.
  • Prepare comparison statements of subcontract prices and cost summary of MEP.

Qualification: Bachelor degree in a related field - Proven experience in the field.
