This المنصب main duty is centred around ensuring that properties supervision requirements are met through the application of an organized procedure and maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises.

Operational1. Conduct Property Site Visits
2. Submit Monthly Reports for Site Visits
3. Review Rental Contracts and Update Whenever Needed
4. Conduct Periodic Area & Property Surveys
Skills7-8 years of experience in Real Estate-Mena
Relevant Bachelors Degree Required
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of Excel to prepare reports
Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
Males Preferred
