Description

We are seeking a part-time or full-time logistics coordinator to support operations across import, export, freight forwarding, and customs clearance activities.

  • Coordinate logistics and freight forwarding operations
  • Handle import, export, and customs clearance requirements
  • Liaise with customs clearance agencies, carriers, and relevant stakeholders
  • Manage shipping and clearance documentation
  • Track shipment progress and resolve operational issues
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Practical understanding of freight forwarding operations
  • Working knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulations
  • Familiarity with import and export procedures and shipping documentation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to document processes and transfer operational knowledge effectively to peers
Candidate Profile
  • Execution-focused and results-driven
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance is required
