Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Oracle applications in line with project and business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Develop database procedures, functions, packages, and other database components as required.
• Design, code, test, and maintain Oracle-based systems in accordance with established development standards and best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code and maintain clear technical and coding documentation.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct testing and trial runs of software applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Support system enhancements, modifications, and continuous improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Oracle Certification (OCA or OCP) is preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Forms & Reports.
• Good knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with web services is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience or exposure to the retail industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, tools, and development techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage assigned priorities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
