Overview

Merchandiser
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation and product placement of our الشركة's merchandise in retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability by creating attractive displays that entice customers to make purchases. This المنصب is available in Al-الكويت, الكويت and is open to Indian nationals with excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute merchandising strategies in collaboration with the sales team
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available at all times
  • Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and promotions
  • Collaborate with store managers to ensure merchandise is placed in high traffic areas
  • Monitor sales trends and adjust displays accordingly to maximize profitability
  • Train store staff on proper product placement and display techniques
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques and best practices
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Compensation

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
