About the Role
A leading retail organization is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial performance. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
As part of the organization's local workforce development strategy, this المنصب is designated for الكويتi Nationals.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including content, creative, social media, and commercial teams
Assist in developing campaign calendars, briefs, and marketing materials
Monitor campaign performance and support reporting on key metrics and outcomes
Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaign optimization
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in a marketing, brand, or campaign coordination role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
