Google Cloud Digital Leader || Experience | 5+ years of experience in the IT support domain || Job Responsibilities | 1. Providing Technical Support * Addressing user inquiries related to hardware and software. * Promptly and efficiently troubleshoot technical issues. * Offering guidance and instructions to users to enhance system utilization. 2. Managing Hardware and Software * Installing and configuring computers, printers, and other peripherals. * Installing and updating software and applications as required. * Troubleshooting and regular maintenance of hardware. 3. Network Management * Monitoring network performance to ensure stability and efficiency. * Setting up and maintaining Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN). * Resolving network connectivity issues and ensuring network security. 4. System Maintenance * Conducting preventive maintenance for systems and hardware. * Updating operating systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and security. * Monitoring systems to detect and resolve potential issues before they disrupt operations. 5. Information Security * Implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data. * Assisting in securing systems against cyber threats and malware. * Supporting backup and data recovery procedures. 6. Process Documentation * Logging technical issues and related solutions to build a knowledge base. * Preparing periodic reports on the status of systems and hardware. * Maintaining maintenance and updates logs. 7.
