Industrial Engineering Faculty (Full-Time) - American International University, الكويت City, for the Academic year. AIU is looking for dynamic and engaged Full-time faculty members for its School of Engineering and Computing. AIU invites applicants for Full-time Faculty appointments with expertise in Industrial Engineering. We welcome candidates who will diversify our curriculum and our faculty with regard to race, gender, and ethnicity.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate is an innovative professional who leverages professional trends and technologies to deliver relevant classroom experiences. The successful candidate will be a leader and current, active member of the Industrial Engineering field. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in:
The candidate will possess the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures. The candidate will also be expected to develop research programs, supervise undergraduate students, and make contributions to both school and university service. Evidence of a strong commitment to both teaching and research is required. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level related to their specific expertise within the professional Industrial Engineering curriculum. We also expect to play an active role in leadership in undergraduate programs, curriculum development, mentoring, and start-ups. Applicants who diversify our curriculum and with experience enhancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in an educational environment are strongly encouraged to apply.

About AIUAIU is a new institution of higher education in الكويت whose الأول student cohort was admitted in fall 2019. It is a private, co-educational institution offering undergraduate degrees based on the American model of higher education, including a comprehensive general education curriculum.
