Job Summary

The role supports the Inside Sales team by coordinating administrative and operational activities to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality execution of sales processes. The المنصب contributes to market analysis, sales planning, and marketing initiatives while helping to evaluate new technologies and improve commercial operations. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the individual will support brand communication efforts, contribute to business objectives, and uphold Johnson & Johnson’s values and leadership principles. Responsibilities

• Perform tasks for the support function of the Inside Sales unit and follow administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
• Review market drivers and constraints to help identify impacts on the demand for products and services.
• Help test new capabilities and technologies and enhance sales team operations in alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to planning sessions and facilitate sales development and marketing solutions.
• Support the brand development team in the design of messages for target audiences.
• Demonstrate Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Applicants must hold الكويتi nationality.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Entry level – no previous experience required. Fresh graduates with strong potential and learning agility will be considered.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Digital knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
