We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Food Sales Staff member ready to join our team.

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist customers with orders, product information, and recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions, POS operations, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and restocked when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Packaging and Pastry team to ensure smooth order preparation.
• Follow company procedures, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
• Report customer feedback, issues, or missing items to the Operation Supervisor.
• Support sales promotions, upselling, and product marketing when required.

• Previous experience in food sales, retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Must be able to communicate in English, Arabic language is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy hours.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
