We are hiring experienced Floor Supervisor for a reputed restaurant group in الكويت

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor waiters hosts and service staff during operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns and escalat e issues when required
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service
• Ensure proper table setup cleanliness and restaurant presentation
• Monitor staff grooming discipline and attendance
• Assist in staff training and onboarding
• Support reservation handling and guest seating arrangements
• Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and الشركة SOPs
• Assist management in achieving operational and service goals
• Prepare shift handover and daily operational updates if required

Job requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
• At least 1 2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants preferred
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours
• Gulf experience preferred
