Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business growth by acquiring landlords, property managers, and real estate portfolio owners, with a focus on SaaS and system-based solutions. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline, closing high-value deals, and generating consistent recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and system demonstrations.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in real estate or SaaS systems is required.
• Proven track record in closing deals and generating revenue.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Must hold a valid driving license.
