Drive Korea Town's online growth within Boutiqaat

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the commercial performance, digital merchandising, and customer experience of Korea Town's online business within the Boutiqaat ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute the E-commerce and online trading strategy.
  • Own online sales, profitability, conversion, AOV, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage digital merchandising, product assortment, category hierarchy, search, collections, and product discoverability.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from onboarding and launches to replenishment, optimization, delisting, and end-of-life.
  • Lead online product launches, campaigns, category activations, promotions, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales.
  • Manage Korea Town's digital presence across الرئيسية pages, category pages, landing pages, navigation, banners, filters, search, and merchandising placements.
  • Partner with Category Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Experience, Technology, and Boutiqaat Commercial & E-Commerce teams.
  • Monitor inventory availability, stock productivity, replenishment, ageing inventory, and out-of-stock performance.
  • Improve customer journey, conversion funnels, product discoverability, and online experience through usability reviews, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze key e-commerce KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations and management reports.
  • Identify process improvement and AI-powered automation opportunities to improve efficiency and decision-making.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, IT, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive e-commerce/digital commerce/online retail experience, including at least 3 years leading e-commerce operations or commercial performance.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and digital merchandising.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, BI/reporting tools, SEO, and digital merchandising.
  • Experience with ERP, OMS, PIM, CMS, CRM, and WMS systems.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in retail, beauty, fashion, FMCG, consumer electronics, or lifestyle is highly preferred.
  • Experience with omnichannel retail and marketplaces is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent is required.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
