Part-Time | On-Call | Project-Based

This role is activated as needed based on active projects, site visits, and execution phases.

Job Overview

Sira Studio is seeking a Part-Time, On-Call Interior Design Project Coordinator to support selected interior design projects during key execution stages.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working on a flexible, demand-based schedule. You will assist with coordination, documentation, and on-site follow-ups when required.

This is not a full-time المنصب and not a purely creative role. Availability, responsiveness, and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

On-Call Project Support

• Support active projects during execution phases
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when assigned
• Follow up on materials, quotations, and timelines

Site & Execution Assistance

• Attend site visits when requested
• Assist with measurements, inspections, and follow-ups
• Report issues clearly and promptly

Documentation & Admin

• Assist with organizing project files and approvals
• Support preparation of quotations, invoices, and summaries
• Maintain organized digital records

Communication

• Communicate professionally with contractors and suppliers
• Provide clear updates to the Founder when tasks are completed

Required Qualifications

• Background in interior design, architecture, or project coordination
• Strong organizational skills and reliability
• Professional communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
• Comfortable with flexible, on-call working arrangements
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred (Advantage)

• Previous experience with interior design studios or site coordination
• Familiarity with contractors and suppliers in الكويت
• Experience using Google Drive, ClickUp, or similar tools
