About You

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 24 years of proven experience in loan sales or direct sales, preferably in banking, telecom, real estate, or electronics.
• Strong ability to promote and sell personal loans and other financial products directly to customers.
• Excellent skills in identifying and approaching potential clients through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Local sales experience in الكويت is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid الكويت driving license.
