Supervise the accounting of costs for Vectrus Mission Systems. This is a key role in helping the الشركة maintain strong cash flows. The role is for someone who has a strong understanding of GAAP and good research skills. This المنصب description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the الشركة.

• Responsible for monthly project forecast development and updates.
• Responsible for review of monthly financial statements and revenue recognition.
• Develop project EACs.
• Develop annual operating plans for projects.
• Interface with Vectrus Systems Corporation Headquarters for timely questions on charges through the interالشركة accounts or نُشر في by HQ.
• Ensure compliance with Cost Accounting Standards.
• Ensure compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
• Responsible for monthly forecasting and reporting based on data from cost accounting systems.
• Support VAT tax filings.
• Statutory tax filings and supporting schedule development.
• Provide support, accurate backup, and run reports for internal and external auditors.
• Assist the finance director in projects as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience:
    • Three to Five years of accounting related experience.
    • General knowledge of US GAAP.
    • Knowledge of cost accounting principles a plus.
• Skills:
  • General PC skills and advance knowledge of Excel required.
• WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
  • Works in a general office environment.
• PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
  • Physical activities include extended sitting, eye strain and repetitive motion involved during peak periods of data input.
