Responsibilities: Provides technical assistance to the Contracts Department personnel. Supports the Contracts Administrators in the preparation of tender invitation documents. Supports the Contracts Administrators in the production of documentation for approvals etc. Distributes the Contract documents as directed by the Contracts Administrator. Completes and ensures safe storage of contract audit files. Maintains contract correspondence files. Arranges for any original bonds, warranties, insurance certificates or policies to be copied and distributed as directed by the Contracts Administrator. Supports the Contracts Administrators in the production of bidder and contractor performance feedback reports. Quality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system. Safety - Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices, understand and follow OH&S procedures. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma Minimum 5 years overall post-graduation experience. Minimum 2 years post-graduation experience in the oil and gas industry of which 3 years to have been in a similar role specifically within a contracts department.
