About The Role

A delivery-focused المنصب responsible for overseeing construction, fit-out, and renovation projects across multiple sites. The role manages end-to-end project execution, from site mobilization through to handover, ensuring all works are delivered within approved scope, timelines, and quality standards. It involves coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, controlling project sequencing and site activities, monitoring progress, addressing risks and delays proactively, and maintaining adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management or site leadership roles
• Strong background in fit-out, commercial, or hospitality projects

• Comfortable enforcing timelines and decisions
