Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a robust Compliance Program in line with CMA الكويت regulations and best industry practices.
• Act as a key advisor to management by guiding the الشركة on regulatory compliance and conduct related matters.
• Monitor and assess effective implementation of the Compliance Program across all business activities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate regulatory AML/CFT and conduct risks.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with local regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a decision maker on compliance related matters including escalations and regulatory interpretations.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees to promote regulatory awareness and a strong compliance culture.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business teams to ensure compliance is embedded in daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance role.
• Previous compliance experience in the CFD/FX industry.
• Strong knowledge of the FX Brokerage industry, including client onboarding, AML/CFT and business arrangements related matters.
• In depth knowledge of الكويت CMA local rules and regulations and applicable AML/CFT requirements.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and independent decision making.
