A Day in the Life

We would like to offer you the المنصب of Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will report to الدولة manager and will support the sales team within an assigned territory with new equipment installations, equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, demo inventory setup and customer in-service.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
  • Promote and establish education of the الشركة's products and/or services.
  • Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D (Research and Development), Operations and Marketing.
  • Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through Conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in sales in Medical Devices industry with Min 5 years in Medical surgery products portfolio.
  • Bachelor’s degree required Biomed
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in distributor management
