Overview

We are in need of a skilled Welder to join our team in Bayan الكويت. As a Welder you will use your expertise in welding techniques and equipment to fabricate and assemble metal structures and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions to determine project requirements.
• Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and stick welders to join metal components together.
• Measure and mark workpieces using rulers, squares, or templates to ensure accuracy.
• Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing rust or debris.
• Set up welding machines based on the material used and the project specifications.
• Follow safety procedures while working with hot metals and electrical equipment.
• Inspect welded joints for defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder in a similar role or industry.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Knowledge of different types of metal properties and how they respond to heat during welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods while performing repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary
