We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at our bustling coffee shop in Bayan. As a Barista you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee drinks to our customers providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso cappuccinos lattes and more
• Ensure consistency in quality and presentation of all coffee drinks
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers taking orders and answering any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment counters and tables
• Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory levels
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment is preferred
• Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary

$1700 per month plus tips
