We are a fast-growing الشركة in the consumer goods industry located in Ar Rumaythiyah We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and oversee all sales operations for the Indian market

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the Indian market
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly
• Manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance training and performance evaluations
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferably in the consumer goods industry targeting the Indian market
• Strong understanding of Indian culture and business practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal in English
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to lead a team and work well under pressure
• Willingness to travel within India as needed

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus bonuses based on performance
