Roustabout وظائف in الكويت About the job Roustabout - Job Summary

Support safe and efficient drilling operations by performing lifting, rigging, slinging, equipment handling, housekeeping, painting, and general maintenance duties. Assist the drilling crew with daily rig activities while maintaining high safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lifting, rigging, and slinging operations safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading drilling equipment and materials.
• Support drilling and workover operations, including mud mixing and handling tubulars.
• Prepare the rig for moves and assist with general maintenance tasks.
• Maintain tools, lifting gear, and equipment in good working condition.
• Carry out housekeeping, waste disposal, painting, and hazard prevention.
• Follow الشركة HSE procedures and emergency response requirements.
• Work closely with the Driller, Assistant Driller, and maintenance team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Technical Certificate.
• Preferred 1+ year of oil & gas or industrial experience.
• Age: 20-27 years.
• Basic English and math skills.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and safety awareness.
• Physically fit to climb, lift, and work in harsh weather and rotating day/night shifts.
• Certifications as required under the ADES Training Matrix.
