We are Sisco وظائف, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client لمنصب I&C Engineer in الكويت. Our client is a reputed organization in the Water Treatment / RO & Desalination sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below,

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
  • Monitor PLC, DCS, SCADA and process control equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant instruments.
  • Ensure smooth operation of RO and desalination plant processes.
  • Calibrate transmitters, sensors, analyzers and control valves.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with plant safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
Required Skills
  • Instrumentation Engineering – Installation and maintenance of field instruments.
  • PLC & DCS – Troubleshooting and programming knowledge.
  • RO & Desalination – Experience in water treatment plants.
  • Process Control – Monitoring and optimizing plant operations.
  • Electrical & Instrument Maintenance – Preventive and corrective maintenance.
Preferred Skills
  • SCADA knowledge
  • CMMS Maintenance Software
Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering with hands‑on exposure to RO/Desalination plants. Experience in industrial process plants and maintenance environments is highly preferred.

Education
  • Additional Certifications: PLC/DCS Training (Preferred)
