Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or guest room.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel’s services and amenities.
• Assist guests with making reservations, dining arrangements, and other services.
• Log all wake‑up call requests and perform wake‑up call services.
• Record and relay messages accurately to the appropriate recipients.
• Manage emergency calls and follow the hotel’s emergency procedures.
• Maintain a log of all calls received and made for record‑keeping and future reference.
• Provide concierge services such as restaurant recommendations and booking transportation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues.
• Assist with guest complaints or issues, escalating to the appropriate manager when necessary.
