Location: Shuwaikh, Jahra, and Qurain, Kuwait

Job Type: Full-Time

We operate three well-established supermarkets across Kuwait, offering a diverse range of products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for experienced and dynamic Supermarket Supervisors to join our team and oversee daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize wastage.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in the store.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, and recommend improvements to enhance store performance.
• Coordinate with management to meet company objectives and operational goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a supermarket or retail setting
• Language: Must be bilingual (English and Arabic)
• Visa: Visa 18 Normal only
• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of store operations, inventory management, and customer service
