Are you a dynamic leader with a flair for luxury interiors and an eye for exceptional design? We are launching an exclusive high-end furniture showroom in Shuwaikh and are looking for a Showroom Manager who can drive success and create a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily showroom operations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and showroom aesthetics
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue
  • Liaise with inventory, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional service to high-end clients with in-depth product knowledge
  • Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the furniture or interior décor industry
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of furniture trends, customer preferences, and premium service
  • Ready to join immediately
