Position Title: Electrical Foreman

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Foreman with 5 years of hands-on site experience in supervising electrical works within commercial, residential, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure the timely execution of electrical installations in accordance with drawings, safety standards, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide electricians and subcontractors in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power, lighting, ELV, etc.).
• Interpret electrical drawings and ensure works are executed according to approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower and materials effectively.
• Monitor work progress and report daily updates to the site engineer or project manager.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and permit-to-work procedures.
• Identify site issues, raise technical queries, and support resolution in coordination with the engineering team.
• Conduct inspections and ensure work quality aligns with QA/QC requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records, including manpower logs and work progress tracking.
• Support final testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related trade.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a site foreman in electrical works within the MEP or construction sector.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams on-site.
• Familiar with local safety regulations and electrical codes (NEC, IEC preferred).
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.

Interview Process:

All shortlisted candidates will go through the following three interview stages:

• HR Round - Overview of company culture and work expectations.
• Technical Round - Evaluation of technical knowledge, site supervision experience, and safety awareness.
• Managerial Round - Discussion on leadership, conflict handling, and coordination capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD400.000 - KD800.000 per month
