Dispatch Coordinator - E-commerce

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily delivery and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating deliveries, communicating with drivers, ensuring timely dispatches, and resolving any logistical issues that may arise. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily deliveries
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics team
• Monitor delivery routes and track vehicle locations
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
• Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and resolve issues
• Maintain up-to-date logs and reports of all dispatch activities
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, or changes
• Optimize routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or delivery coordination preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English)
• Familiarity with basic computer programs (Excel, Google Maps, WhatsApp)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility with working hours when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD220.000 - KD250.000 per month
