Customer Support Officer

Job Summary:

Our Valued Client is seeking a Customer Support Officer who will serve as a key point of contact for clients, both through inbound calls and in-person meetings at the office. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, professional in appearance, trustworthy, and has strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from clients, providing clear and helpful responses to inquiries about the investment application.
• Welcome clients at the office and provide step-by-step walkthroughs of the platform.
• Assist clients in understanding investment procedures, features, and system usage.
• Resolve issues or escalate cases to technical or operations teams as needed.
• Record client interactions and feedback to support service improvements.
• Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and client-focused environment at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic (Kuwaiti accent preferred) and proficient in English.
• Presentable appearance and a conservative, trustworthy demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and professional manner.
• Familiarity with investment or financial applications is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD600.000 per month
