Keyskills : Civil Engineer-Tower Erection (Kuwait Based) We are hiring a Civil Engineer with proven expertise in tower erection projects to join our growing team in Kuwait. Location : Kuwait Industry : Civil / Infrastructure Projects Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in tower erection or similar structural projects Availability:* Immediate or short notice preferred Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage *tower erection* activities at project sites from initiation to completion

• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians, subcontractors, and site supervisors

* Ensure project milestones are met *within time and budget constraints* * Maintain strict compliance with *HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)* standards on-site * Coordinate with clients on a *daily basis* to provide updates and address concerns

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and quality control throughout the project
• Liaise with procurement, logistics, and planning departments for timely resource availability
• Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

* *Minimum 5 years of experience* specifically in *tower erection projects* (preferably in Kuwait)

• Valid Kuwait Driving License is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and client coordination abilities
• Familiar with local construction regulations and safety standards
